ABOUT ME
I have always had a passion for all things cycle related, and have been riding bikes since I could walk. I spent my childhood holidays cycling around the UK and Europe with my cycling mad parents and brother, so cycling runs in my family.
Over the years I have enjoyed riding and competing in BMX racing (I made it to the dizzy heights of UK BMX Champion in 1986!!), before moving on to MTB XC racing in the Expert and Elite classes, riding for the Madison Kestral, Scott and GT teams. These days you can find me more on the road, I now enjoy riding as part of a club and have an interest in Italian hand built road bikes such as Bottecchia and Colnago.
I have spent my career learning the cycle trade and I owned my own independent cycle shop for 18 years. I have now decided to go mobile so that I can deliver the best and most convenient service to my customers, whilst also having more freedom.
Classic and vintage cycles is also a passion of mine and I love restoring older bikes that some people may not think are worth repairing, I enjoy the challenge of bringing a bike back to it's former glory.
